Permanent Makeup and Microblading is a form of tattooing. Due to this, we ask that you do not book an appointment if:

You are under the age of 18

You are pregnant or breastfeeding

You are taking any blood thinning medications

You have viral infections or diseases

**If you are undergoing treatment with a doctor for cancer or another medical diagnosis please get your doctor's consent before booking. We will need to have a doctor's consent in writing before preceding. 

PreAppointment Care
**Please gently exfoliate the skin in the area we will be working on well. Please come to the appointment with how you wear your makeup in that area daily (pencil, shadow, etc.) 

Please discontinue the use of the following products at the indicated time frame before your appointment:

24 hrs prior:

Asprin or other blood thinners *Please consult your doctor if this is prescribed 

Alcohol

Vitamin E

Waxing of the brow area

2 Weeks prior:

Botox or other fillers

3 months:

Retin-A Skin care Products

1 year:

Touch-Up Pricing
Touch-up pricing is only for returning clients to THOS. First-time clients from other studios are charged at full price. If you’ve had permanent makeup done by a different artist, you are considered a NEW client and will be charged new client pricing. Please email or text pictures of the work a minimum of 48 hours before the appointment date. If corrective work needs to be done or if THOS is not comfortable working over the old work for any reason THOS does reserve the right to decline moving forward. If THOS declines service after pictures are submitted a minimum of 48 hrs before the deposit will be refunded to the client. If pictures are received within 48 hours of the appointment or the client consults in person the deposit is retained. 

Deposits
When booking your appointment, you will be asked to place a deposit for your service. This deposit will be applied to your total fee that is due the same day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Rescheduling and Cancelations 
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Late reschedules or cancelations will forfeit the deposit made on the appointment. Please understand our book is very busy. We have set aside time for your appointment and without proper notice, we will not be able to find a replacement for that appointment time. If you are rescheduling within 48 hrs of your appointment time you will not be able to transfer the deposit to a later date and the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will need to be made when rescheduling a future appointment A rescheduled appointment may require a much later date due to booking times and a full schedule. THOS is not responsible for getting you into a full book. Promotions may change and are not transferable from your original date. 

No Show Appointments
Your artist has set aside time for this appointment. A no-show appointment without notice or explanation will result in a ban from booking further appointments. Please understand, we have time and resources set aside for your appointment. You will forfeit the deposit. 

Late Policy
Appointments will be canceled and no refunds will be given if the client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment. We take multiple clients a day and need the full amount of time for each appointment. You may schedule a new appointment but will need to place another deposit. 

Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.

If THOS Cancels
We do not plan on this happening, but if your artist must cancel your appointment for any unforeseen reason, we will notify you immediately and rebook you as soon as possible. Your deposit and promotions when you originally booked will transfer to the new appointment time. 

Cancellation Lists
* We DO NOT have a cancellations list. Should a cancellation occur, those appointments will reflect immediately on the booking page. Appointments are first come first serve.
